J.B. Covert Lodge offers a beautifully renovated Dining Room & Conference Space perfect for private celebrations, community gatherings, meetings, and more. The spacious hall includes:
- Sixteen 70-inch round tables
- Ninety-six foldable chairs
- Bright, comfortable lighting
- Ground-floor, step-free access
- A modest PA system for keynote or podium presentations
Whether you’re planning a baby shower, reception, meeting, or family gathering, our venue provides a warm and flexible environment for your event.
Caterer’s Kitchen & Coffee Service
Our upgraded caterer’s kitchen includes:
- New side-by-side refrigerator
- Six-burner gas stove with griddle
- Ample counter space for food staging
You are welcome to bring your own food. Alcohol may only be brought in with prior authorization and coordination with one of our approved caterers.
We also offer a full coffee service (regular, decaf, and hot chocolate) for only $1 per cup, providing convenient refreshments for your guests.
Outdoor Patio (Optional Add-On)
Our newly constructed outdoor patio is available during fair weather and includes:
- Gas barbecue grill
- Fire pit
- Outdoor tables and seating
This space can be added to your rental for an additional fee and provides a relaxing, open-air environment your guests will enjoy.
Parking & Accessibility
We offer abundant, hassle-free parking located at the rear, east side, and front of the building. Entry to the banquet hall is through the rear door, which is step-free and fully accessible.
Rental Rates
- Banquet Hall: $100 per hour
- Patio: $50 per hour (includes grill & fire pit)
- Banquet Hall + Patio: $150 per hour
Rental Agreement & Deposit Requirements
To finalize your reservation, you must:
- Complete the Rental Agreement
- Pay the security deposit
Both must be submitted at least two weeks before your event date. Requested dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
