The room includes 16 round tables and 96 folding chairs as well as ample lighting and a modest PA system for general keynote or podium presentations. Ground floor access allows easy entrance for your attendees as well as loading in your required materials. A modest caterer’s kitchen is available to keep food warm/cold and to handle final food presentation.
Additional AV support is available for use on an as needed basis with a separate usage donation schedule.
You can bring in your own food, however no alcohol is allowed to be brought in without prior authorization and coordination with one of our approved caterers. For more information, please use the contact form below and we’ll gladly answer any questions for you.
The hall donation rates are as follows:
- $75 per hour
- $200 Security deposit
